RETURNS POLICY:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk. 

FAULTY GOODS:

We will return a full refund on faulty goods. All returns are tested and if the item proves to be satisfactory when tested then only the product value will be refunded. You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection.

All Fridge filters must be installed by a professional or competent person in accordance with any manufacturers instructions.

Failure to install the fridge filter correctly, resulting in any damage caused to your appliance or other property damage will solely make you responsible.

Delivery charges on goods from outside the United Kingdom, will vary due to the differnet rates applied by the royal mail courier. These additional charges will be included on the total price, after payment has been paid.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Model and Billing:

• By subscribing to our service, the customer agrees to a recurring billing cycle based on the subscription plan they select at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the customer before the renewal date.

• It is the customer's responsibility to monitor and manage their subscriptions through their account dashboard.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the customer’s account dashboard.

• The customer must cancel each active subscription individually. If the customer has multiple active subscriptions, cancelling one will not automatically cancel others.

• Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to prevent any additional charges.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation:

• Once a cancellation request is processed, the customer will receive an email confirmation confirming the subscription cancellation and the date of the final service.

• The service will continue to be available until the end of the current billing period after a cancellation is processed, and no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.

4. Customer Responsibility:

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of all active subscriptions and to manage them accordingly through their account.

• Failure to cancel an active subscription through the customer dashboard will result in continued charges.

5. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are only issued in accordance with our service agreement. No refund is provided for the current billing cycle if the cancellation was made after the billing date.

• Refunds are not issued for services that have been rendered or for periods of service already provided.
